On locating this business this user will generally find a location outside the store and use wireless connection without ever entering your business. This customer is generally what you dont want for your business, but, you can take advantage of this to attract him into your store. Using appropriate advertising both in your store and online you can this customer in. Remember the signal strength on most hotspots wont be as strong outside as it is inside your store as it needs to pass through displays, walls etc. The Giver This customer actively contributes to your store and is also known as a loyal customer. This contribution maybe measured in the customer returning to your business, word of mouth or actively commenting on your business over the internet or social media.
